- Kept our prices the same and didn't increase your costings

- Launched notification services to desktop and mobile to notify you of urgent updates
- Innovated our blog for a user-friendly interface and blogged more valuable information
- Introduced a video section where you can find useful videos this year
- Launched an about section where you can find export, startups, sell to us info pages
- So far so good! The one main challenge we faced past year was customer service (staff shortage) and some issues with transport (due to weather and strikes in London). We are in the right direction now and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- We have tons of new exciting developments happening currently and will be implementing some new technologies with improved services including enormous collections of branded goods at low prices to keep you guys happy!
