How to order from us-
Relax, you don’t have to be VAT registered, neither do you have to have business premises to buy from us. You may be an ebayer, working from home, market trader or a company. This makes no difference to us. Everything is straight forward. We try to keep things as much user friendly as possible.
We are a discount company buying in bulk which is why we are offering them at below wholesale prices.
Once you buy your goods online and enter checkout, this will mean you have bought the goods therefore you are legally obliged to pay for your order. Hence, should you have any queries please contact us before your purchase.
There is a minimum order amount of £100 (excluding VAT) for all orders placed online. All attempts to checkout with an order that does not meet the minimum amount will prevent the customer from continuing with a message informing the customer of the minimum amount.
Everything is online, easy and ready for you. All you need to do is buy the goods you like and checkout and as soon as we receive your funds we will send you an email to confirm this. Your goods will be dispatched promptly. Once the goods leave our warehouse another confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information so that you can track your parcels.
In order to place an order, you will be required to provide us with true and accurate information about yourself. Please note that we do not pass or sell any sort of customer details to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
To pay by PayPal you need to be verified. We will only send goods to your registered address and the maximum amount we accept through PayPal is £500.00. If your order is over £500.00 you will need to pay by bank transfer, cheque or postal order.
Payments-
All goods remain the property of Top Down Trading Ltd until payments for goods are made in full. Please note, before any orders can be processed payments must clear. "Payment methods accepted" via PayPal (Please check PayPal)

You need to be PayPal verified. We will only send orders to your verified address.
We accept payments of up to £500.00 with PayPal.- Cheque (Available for UK customers only)
Orders will be processed within 7 days of receiving cheques.- Bank transfers: (Available for UK & all overseas customers)
Order processed within 48 hours.Please note that we do not accept Western Union, Moneygram or any other money union transfers.

Debit & credit cards payment are directly processed through our gateway (PayPal) with no extra charges.

Delivery-
City Link, TNT, Interlink and Hellmann are some of the shipping agents we use. All carton shipments are trackable.
After you place your order you are obliged to choose a delivery method at the checkout.
Please choose UK Mainland if you are buying less than 3 cartons. If more, we will contact you for an additional payment. Northern
For pallets please choose UK Pallet. If more than 1 pallet, we will contact you for an additional payment.
For Ireland cartons please choose Zone 1. If more than 1 carton, we will contact you for an additional payment.
Our aim is to process all orders within 48 hours once your payment is cleared. Pallets may take a little longer.For all UK orders we use next day delivery service.
Please allow 5 working days for pallets.Cartons and pallets are securely wrapped and labelled. Containers are hand balled or filled up with pallets up on request.
For orders made before 12 noon (cartons only) we will try our best to dispatch it the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the following day.
On some occasions we may arrange same day delivery at an additional cost.
All our deliveries are insured, secure and trackable.

Returns-
Unfortunately, as we are offering clearance deals we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error, shortage or major fault you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
On some occasion we may accept to exchange goods with an additional labour/admin charge.
To place an order you do not need to open an account in advance. Once you checkout your purchase, an account will be opened for you automatically. This will save you time for future orders. Customers will be updated with new stock lines.
