PLT Praised For Featuring Two Models Of Different Sizes

Fashion company Pretty Little Thing has been commended for featuring two models of different sizes alongside one another while modelling the same silver, bodycon dress.

The dress being worn by the women is from the brand's latest partywear collection, which has been modelled by Hailey Baldwin on the site.

Many people have been praising the British brand's promotion of body positivity, stating that other retailers should follow suit.

"This is what every clothing website needs, nothing more annoying than seeing something on only a plus size model or only on another model who's petite," one person tweeted.

"I'm personally not a fan of their clothes, but this is such a good thing!" another person wrote.

"More companies need to take note."

There have been numerous calls in recent years for the fashion industry to become more inclusive of different body types.

Australian model Robyn Lawley recently launched a petition calling for a boycott of this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, stating that the lingerie brand has "dominated the space for almost 30 years by telling women there is only one kind of body beautiful."
