WELCOME TO THE TOP DOWN TRADING - TERMS & CONDITIONS!



These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of www.topdowntrading.co.uk. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read through them carefully before placing your order and be aware that The Terms and Conditions may be subject to updates without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received therefore please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes.


Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers from Top Down Trading Limited. We may also contact you for market research purposes.

TERMS OF SALE : All orders placed for goods on topdowntrading.co.uk are subject to these terms and conditions.


NO RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED GOODS AND STOCK LOADS! 

`Checkout completion`- means that you have bought the goods, therefore you are legally obliged to pay for your order! If you have any queries on services or products provided by topdowntrading.co.uk, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order until full payment is cleared and an e-mail sent to you with tracking details confirming your goods have been dispatched. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability of goods and confirmation of the order price.

However, much we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. Any errors which have been discovered will either be corrected immediately or work will be put into progress externally for corrections.

If there is a pricing error on any of the products which you have ordered, we will get in contact to inform you as quickly as possible. We will offer you the option either to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the product on which the error has occurred.

If you have already paid for the goods and would like to cancel the product for which the error has occurred, you will either be given a refund or issued a credit note at choice.

Prices displayed for individual products are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added, as applicable, at checkout: 


  • All orders to the UK will be charged VAT ( children`s clothing and footware are exempt from VAT and charged at zero rate VAT )
  • All orders to the country of receipt within the EU will also be charged VAT unless a valid EU VAT number can be provided. EU VAT numbers should be emailed to admin@topdowntrading.co.uk straight after placing an order. 
  • All orders to the countries outside the EU (Export) will be exempt from VAT charges.


Prices are liable to change at any time though changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you.

PAYMENTS

Goods will not be dispatched until a full payment for an order has been made. Payment for goods ordered can be made by: Paypal, Postal orders, Cheque or Bank Transfer.


  • PayPal
    This option is available for the UK customers on orders up to £500.00 only!
    To use this option, you will need to register your card with PayPal (if not already) and login to proceed! If as an unregistered member trying to make the payment by following the “Don’t have a PayPal account” link or simply e-mail us : admin@topdowntrading.co.uk and Paypall payment request will be send to you! Please select Paypal as your method of payment at the checkout!
    For orders above £500.00 ( pallets and containers) please contact
      admin@topdowntrading.co.uk and your order will be processed individually by The Head of The Sales Team!
     
  • Postal orders
    This option is available for UK customers only!
    Orders will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving postal orders.
     
  • Cheque
    This option is available for UK customers only!
    Orders will be processed within 48 days of us receiving cleared funds.
     
  • Bank transfers
    This option is available for UK & all overseas customers.

    Orders will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving cleared funds!


It is the buyers responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds on their credit or debit card to fulfil the transaction. 


For any reason, Top Down Trading Limited may choose not to accept payments and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

SHIPPING & COLLECTIONS

Collections

The buyer can organise collection of goods but this must be confirmed with us before collection can take place. We will normally need at least 1-2 working days before collection. Larger or palletised orders may require more time.


UK Orders

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT APPLY for orders to UK & mainland with a grand total equal to or above £350 (exclusive of VAT).ALL ORDERS ABOVE £350.00        (exclusive of VAT) WILL BE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE (UK and mainland only).

Shipping abroad and shipping of higher quuantities ( pallets & containers ) shipping quote will be provided acorrdingly depending on volume of goods and delivery contry , kindly contact admin@topdowntrading.co.uk for a shipping quote.

International Orders

ONLY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH A GRAND TOTAL ABOVE £500.00 ( exclusive of VAT ) will be processed.

Due to the high volume of international orders we can only process orders with a grand total above £500.00 ( exclusive ov VAT).

Worldwide shipping is available for parcels, pallets and containers. All international shipments for parcels are trackable. Larger or palletised international shipments may or may not be trackable, depending on your quote. 

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

The zone rate to be charged will be determined by the country of delivery on your order. The website will only charge you for 1 carton of upto 30kg. Hence, prices below are given for 1 cartons of upto 30kg and are non-negotiable. If your order is more than one carton we will contact you for an additional payment. For countries not listed below, please contact us for a quote.The second list with quotes on the right is your guidance for the pallet delivery, prices tend to change depending on agent`s availablity, season and are to be used for an orientation only!

    


COMPLAINTS

If you do have a complaint please tell us in writing by emailing us on  admin@topdowntrading.co.uk. We aim to investigate and reply to each and every complaint within 48 hours of receipt. However, the timescale may vary on the complexity of the investigation.
